Schedule your MILO appointment through Prava, our scheduling platform. You'll continue to Prava to choose a visit and provide your details.
- Select In clinic for a visit at 4407 N Hazel St.
- Enter your home ZIP code under Client’s residential address so Prava can show appointment availability.
- Return to the calendar and choose an available appointment with Brett Wright.
- Enter your details and review insurance or self-pay information.
If the calendar does not appear, check that your ZIP code is entered. Have your insurance information ready if you plan to use it. You can also select cash, out of pocket.
