WHAT WE HELP WITH
From everyday movement to a return to sport, treatment starts with your goals and progresses with you.
Care for joint, muscle, and soft-tissue injuries, with a focus on strength, mobility, and daily function.
Progressive rehabilitation informed by your procedure, recovery stage, and surgeon's guidance.
Movement assessment and strength work to support a return to running, lifting, and the activities you enjoy.
Movement, education, and targeted exercise to help you manage symptoms and build capacity.
Hands-on treatment, including joint and soft-tissue techniques, alongside an active rehabilitation plan. Dry needling when appropriate.
Appropriately challenging strength, walking, and balance training to support the life you want to lead.
Individualized physical therapy after stroke, focused on your goals for walking, balance, strength, and everyday mobility. Contact us to discuss your needs and whether MILO is a good fit.
Physical therapy for older adults
Getting older doesn’t mean your goals should get smaller. Build strength, balance, and endurance with exercise that meets you where you are and progresses with you.
Train for the things you want to do: carry groceries, climb stairs, get up from the floor, travel, or return to the gym. We choose a meaningful challenge and adjust it as your abilities grow.
Practice stepping, walking, and balance in ways that relate to your daily life, with appropriate support and supervision as the challenge progresses.
Your health history, current abilities, and response to exercise guide your plan. We monitor how you’re doing, adjust the challenge, and reassess progress toward your goals.

THE MILO APPROACH
Physical therapy should connect what happens in the clinic with what matters in your life. We combine careful movement assessment, education, hands-on care, and progressive exercise to help you work toward your goals.
Explore your symptoms, history, and goals. Look closely at movements and activities to understand what may contribute to your symptoms and which strategies help.
Understand the purpose of your treatment, practice useful movement strategies, and build the strength and endurance to support them.
Track your response, adjust your program, and practice the skills you need outside the clinic.
THE CLINIC
A Chicago clinic equipped for hands-on treatment, movement practice, and progressive strength work.

TECHNOLOGY WITH A PURPOSE
Modern tools support a practical plan—helping us understand your starting point and adjust your exercise as you progress.

The Voltra cable trainer lets us tailor resistance to your exercise and current ability, then adjust it as your program progresses.

We use the VALD DynaMo to measure strength and compare results over time, helping guide your rehabilitation plan.

BFR is an option within an individualized exercise program. Your physical therapist evaluates whether it fits your needs and supervises the use of specialized cuffs during exercise.
