Strength & everyday mobility
Work on standing from a chair, walking, transfers, and the strength and endurance needed for your routine.
SENIOR LIVING & HOUSE VISITS
Care focused on your mobility, strength, and everyday goals—in your home, assisted living residence, or senior living community.
House visits are available by arrangement as scheduling allows. Contact MILO to confirm your location and an available time.
CARE BUILT AROUND YOUR LIFE
Whether you want to move more comfortably around your residence, walk to the dining room, or feel stronger on outings, your priorities guide your care.
We assess your health history, movement, and goals, along with the space and support available where you live.
Practice relevant activities and appropriately challenging exercises, with supervision and adjustments guided by your abilities and response.
Reassess your progress and develop a practical plan for between visits. With your permission, involve family, caregivers, or community staff when helpful.
WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
Each plan reflects your individual needs, health considerations, and the activities you want to return to.
Work on standing from a chair, walking, transfers, and the strength and endurance needed for your routine.
Practice balance and stepping with appropriate support, and address mobility challenges in the places you use every day.
Individualized care after injury, surgery, illness, or stroke, following an assessment of your needs and whether this setting is a good fit.

Yes. MILO offers outpatient physical therapy house visits, including in assisted living and senior living communities. Availability is limited and depends on your location and the schedule. Please call or email to arrange the visit rather than selecting a clinic appointment online.
These visits are offered as outpatient physical therapy, which may be covered under Medicare Part B when applicable requirements are met. Contact us to confirm your coverage, any other therapy services you receive, and expected out-of-pocket costs before your first visit.
This offering is outpatient physical therapy delivered where you live. If you currently receive home health or other rehabilitation services, let us know so we can clarify how care and coverage would be coordinated.
Tell us your location, what you would like help with, and the best way to reach you. We’ll discuss scheduling, access arrangements, and the next steps for an evaluation.
